Why Us?

Since 2008, our company has accelerated its operations, strengthening its sales network and, with its experience, has become a sought-after name in sealing solutions by 2012. We currently provide services with trained sales personnel in almost every region of Turkey.

Our company, with its strong technical infrastructure and experienced staff, possesses the technical capability to meet customer demands through new product design, mold creation, and supply. All processes are guaranteed under the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system.

For the past 5 years, we have continued our work with an innovative approach in every area where tire sealing and various rubber, plastic, silicone, and their derivatives are used.

Since 2008, our exports have continuously increased, with regular monthly shipments to Ukraine, Bulgaria, Greece, Moldova, and Russia, and annual shipments to other European countries.

We are honest with ourselves and are always committed to doing our best.

Frequently Asked Questions

Natural rubber is obtained from the latex of the Hevea brasiliensis tree. Its service temperature range is from -60°C to 90°C. It is used in applications requiring high flexibility and mechanical properties. The glass transition temperature (Tg) of natural rubber is around -75°C, which ensures excellent low-temperature properties. Natural rubber has very good green strength and excellent adhesion to textiles. These two properties make natural rubber irreplaceable in the tire industry. It also exhibits excellent tensile strength, tear resistance, and fatigue properties. Due to these characteristics, it is frequently used in dynamic applications such as engine mounts, bridge mounts, and tire carcasses. However, natural rubber has poor heat and ozone aging resistance, and is also weak against oils and solvents. Aging properties can be improved with proper vulcanization and protectants. While it is not suitable for use with organic solvents, it is resistant to polar liquids. Approximately 2/3 of natural rubber is used in the production of automotive tires, with the remaining portion utilized in mechanical parts, shoe soles (especially high-quality sports shoes), hoses, conveyor belts, flooring, sponges, and adhesive manufacturing.”

EPDM rubber is a type of polymer material produced by the copolymerization of propylene and an unsaturated diene. The glass transition temperature (Tg) varies between -54ºC and -64ºC, depending on the propylene content, providing good low-temperature properties. Due to their saturated structure, both EPM and EPDM have excellent resistance to heat, oxygen, ozone, and environmental conditions. They can be continuously used at temperatures up to 150ºC. Ethylene propylene rubbers have poor resistance to oils and hydrocarbon solvents. Although EPDM is not used in the textile industry due to its poor adhesion to textiles, it has a wide range of applications in the automotive industry, particularly for hoses and profiles, due to its excellent properties in both static and dynamic applications.

Nitrile rubber is produced by the copolymerization of butadiene and acrylonitrile monomers. The nitrile group imparts polar characteristics, resulting in excellent resistance to oils and solvents. It also has particularly good abrasion resistance. Additionally, the properties of NBR can be enhanced for ozone resistance by adding PVC to the compound. The glass transition temperature (Tg) of NBR varies depending on the acrylonitrile content, ranging from -40ºC at low acrylonitrile levels (18%) to positive values at higher acrylonitrile levels. The resistance to oil, solvents, and grease increases with the acrylonitrile content. However, the cold resistance of nitrile rubber decreases with increasing acrylonitrile content. Nitrile rubber has good heat resistance: it can be used continuously at 90ºC, for 40 days at 120ºC, and for 3 days at 150ºC. Its ozone resistance is poor, which is why PVC is added. NBR exhibits significantly higher electrical properties compared to non-polar rubbers, making it suitable for use as an electrical insulation material. NBR is used in the manufacturing of seals, hoses, conveyor belts, brake linings, as well as shafts, cylinders, and boiler linings.

CR, obtained by the polymerization of 2-chlorobutadiene, has satisfactory mechanical properties even without the addition of any fillers, due to its tendency to crystallize. Reinforced compounds exhibit very good tensile strength, abrasion resistance, resilience, and repeated elongation resistance. It also has excellent resistance to weather conditions and ozone. Cold resistance depends on its crystallization tendency and glass transition temperature (–45ºC). Thanks to the chlorine atom, CR has very good resistance to aliphatic oils and self-extinguishing properties when exposed to flames. CR is used in the automotive, chemical, construction, and machinery industries for manufacturing profiles, hoses, seals, carrier pads, and V-belts. Those with high crystallization tendency are used in adhesive manufacturing.
